I am confident our decision to purchase storm shutters from Daly Aluminum for our house for our mothers house with sound consumer decision. I don't know that I was prepared for the competency level of your sales person and your installers. For an order with so many variables and possibilities for errors, I was prepared for some glitches. But I was pleasantly surprised. Each one of your staff that I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, with a high level of competency and I found that to be very customer focused. Your entire installation crews were thoughtful, obviously skilled at what they do, and extremely neat, leaving no later in the yards or at the curb.
The installers took the time to discuss installation, removal and storage with us, counted all the panels and verified them against the order and did everything to make sure when/if we needed them, we should be prepared to get them up. I feel comfortable, should any problems arise at the time we need the panels (let's hope we never have to use them) we will have no problem. What should we need assistance the Daly folks are a simple phone call away.
